Cleaning companies cannot guarantee fully your deposit back, but we will restore your home with our deep cleaning and we will try. However there are things that are beyond cleaning like holes in the wall or door, burns, breakages and decoration that do not fall under cleaning. Our cleaning results are second to none so we do expect you to get your deposit back for cleaning but permanent damages can fall outside of cleaning. So to summarise cleaners cannot rectify all damage caused during the tenancy so they cannot offer an actual guarantee that you will get your full deposit back.

Good question, Professional Carpet Cleaning is separate from a standard cleaning price, however if you request it for your quotation you will get better value and a combined price. Carpet Cleaning is usually required by the landlord and tenancy agreements so whilst it is not included in the standard price, you will save money by requesting it in advance.

Internal window cleaning is included in our end of tenancy quote. But if your windows need to be cleaned on the outside this will incur an additional fee. For external windows cleaners do not have the safely access for upper storey windows. So if your windows cannot be cleaned from the inside, you will need to hire a local window cleaner for the external windows.
