We were really happy with the result of our carpet cleaning. Mark was absolutely excellent, he went above and beyond in ensuring our carpets are spotless, he is a perfectionist and wouldn't leave until he was satisfied with the result. I couldn't recommend Mark highly enough, perfect workman with extremely affordable prices and perfect result.

Mark was kind enough to venture over to E14 as he came recommended to me by my neighbour. In short, he brought my old carpets back to life. They look almost new and it makes my whole flat look much more appealing on the rental market. I've had Mark back twice since. There was a stain on the carpet, the nature of the stain was not known it was assumed it was a stain due to clear varnish, Mark did his research relating to the stain type and he did manage to remove the stain. There was also some coffee stains which was not in his agreed work but he did remove it without charging us, and also advised tips to get rid of such stains without seeking external help.
